A beautiful Sheffield stainless steel blade mounted in a Red Deer Stag Antler handle.
Perfect for operating on the festive Stilton or even dissecting your lunchtime “mouse trap”.
Although I make each knife to the same pattern the antler handle will always vary in colour and shape as this natural material is beyond my control.
